The best hotel I have ever stayed at Koh Samui. Everything was perfect! Accomodation, food, music at the pool were fantastic! The staff is extremely nice!

Over rated and over priced with customer service an issue within the bar and dining area. Stayed in four hotels during our time in Koh samui, cheaper hotels provided better customer service

The hotel was in a great spot, near to amenities and everything we needed was in walking distance. The breakfast buffet was varied and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The view from the sun beds was amazing.

we thought the shuttle bus could have run more frequently.

In genera l staff very good...at the restaurant a bit absent! Cosy room and all very clean. Great place to relax and fancy good music.

The location was great, close to shops and restaurants. the beach was beautiful and great for swimming. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the rooms was very disappointing. the bedding and towels were stained, and there were mold and dust in the bathroom.

Beautiful Hotel and rooms and situated in a beautiful and very peaceful location away from all the hustle and bustle. Please note that none of the rooms/villas are at beachfront, but the hotel beach is few steps away. The pictures shown on Booked.net are accurate and the rooms are actually this beautiful. Staff is also nice and helping. Bikes/scooties are available for per day rent from the hotel at 50 baht additional (i.e. 250 baht/day) than other places., which is no biggie as they don't keep any passport etc as security. Didn't try breakfast so can't comment as was not incl in our room package.

There was only 1 problem: The bathroom exhaust system is inadequate. When we entered the room, there was a horrible stench spread in the room, source of which was the bathroom. However it cleared in 15 mins after AC was switched on. Same thing happens whenever the bathroom is used, the bathroom stinks for 30mins. So keep your door closed or the stench will spread in the room.

Room (penthouse sky pool apartment) was great, amenities were good, housekeeping and cleanliness was good breakfast was excellent with great choice

Restaurant was quite overpriced. Return airport transfer was a disgrace with the driver picking up a relative and giving them a lift...That ruined the memory of the efforts of all other staff, and an otherwise great yet overpriced holiday.

The perfect Samui base for exploring or lounging by the pool at Beach Republic Ocean Club. So much fun!

My kids wished there was a dedicated kids' club.

The villa was comfortable, thr beach is very nice. we liked the location of the hotel, a little bit far from the centre and the noise. the internet connection was great.

the shower has a poor flow and it was a little bit smelly. there was no tab or big sink to make a bath to a baby or a todler.

Attention to detail, quality of food, friendly staff .

Mood music at the pool

The area around the hotel is great, as there are a few more expensive restaurants nearby. It is also nice to be able to walk on the sand as the hotel is in front of the beach, and there are beds to lounge on. the rooms themselves are large and modern, with a control panel near the bed to adjust the AC. the breakfast included a wide variety of options.

The basic room amenities were not always maintained, such as the silicone in the glass shower area.

I had an amazing experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, providing enhanced comfort. The pool area was clean and had fantastic sunbeds, including double sunbeds for couples. The breakfast options were great, including freshly made eggs, pancakes, and crepes. The view from the hotel and the nearby beach were both stunning. this place provided a modern and western 5-star hotel experience that was truly enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were superb with a big pool and well-equipped gym. It was nice to be able to walk on the sand by the beach, and we loved the fact that it was still close to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast spread was tasty with lots of choices. The staff was super friendly and helped us in every possible way.

No negatives from this place.
